ADMIE announced the following, pursuant to the Ministerial Decision RIS / DAPEEK / 74123/2971 (Government Gazette 3149 / Β / 30.07.2020) for the photovoltaic stations that are exempt from licensing (power ≤ 1MW):

For the pending applications for connection of photovoltaic stations on the ground that have been submitted to ADMIE until 09.08.2020 as well as for the new applications for connection of photovoltaic stations on the ground that will be submitted to ADMIE after 10.08.2020, the interested parties must submit to the hosting ADMIE the following:

  • For stations to be installed on agricultural (agricultural) land, a document of the competent Directorate of Agricultural Economy and Veterinary and relevant minutes of the Regional Committee for Spatial Planning and Environment from which the characterization of the land (high or not productivity) or Responsible which may be included on the topographic diagram accompanying the application, that the plot is located in an area of ​​Attica or an area of ​​the Territory where land uses have been approved approved General Urban Plans (GIS) or Spatial Plans of Open Housing Organization of n.2508 / 1997 (Α ‘124), in Residential Control Zones of article 29 of n.1337 / 1983 (Α’ 33) and in Local Spatial Plans of law 4447/2016 (A ‘241), with reference to whether the plot is located in an area that has been designated as agricultural land of high productivity or not.
  • For stations that are to be installed on land other than agricultural (rural) land, Responsible Statement of an engineer in which it will be stated that the photovoltaic station is installed on land other than agricultural (rural) land (eg forest, grassland, etc.). ). It is clarified that regarding the pending applications for a Final Connection Offer from photovoltaic stations on the ground that have been submitted to IPTO until 09.08.2020, the documents or responsible statement of the engineer of paragraph 1 must be submitted within one (1) period. the entry into force of the said H.A. (ie until 09.09.2020), in order to be considered complete for granting a Final Connection Offer, otherwise the application will be considered complete for granting a Final Connection Offer during the time of submission of documents or responsible statement of the engineer of paragraph 1.

Finally, for the new applications for connection of photovoltaic stations on the ground that will be submitted to IPTO after 10.08.2020, the interested parties must necessarily submit with the other required supporting documents and application data, the documents or responsible statement of the engineer of paragraph 1, the application file will be considered incomplete and will be returned.
