The Joint Ministerial Decision on photovoltaics in high-productivity land was published, which concerns photovoltaic stations with an installed capacity of less than or equal to 1 MW that are allowed to be installed on plots designated as high-productivity agricultural land.
Also, the maximum limit of the total power of photovoltaic stations on rural land is determined, within which the installation of a photovoltaic station ≤ 1 MW on high productivity agricultural land per Regional Unit and the actions of the competent services is allowed.
